Breaking from the usual mould for LAB4's main double album releases, one key feature to 'None of Us are Saints' is that this is the first main LAB4 release that is a double studio album. We felt that there are currently plenty of great LAB4 live set recordings about (soon to include the upcoming 'Laboratory, Experiment 3' release from HHA's 5th birthday) - and so instead this is a collection of more than 20 studio tracks, with styles ranging from hard dark minimal techno and break beats, through soulful techy house, trance, hard dance to hard style - proving yet again LAB4's talent for being able to be so completely musically diverse in their writing skills. This is another album that again shows why LAB4 are not only the Undisputed Kings of the live Hard Dance Underground, but are also able to hold their own in the production of many different genres of electronic music - clearly showcasing why it is that they have been deserving past guests on Radio1 with the legendary late John Peel, as well as been chosen to write music for film, television and worldwide advertising campaigns such as Reebok, Bacardi and Polaroid, and also why it is that more and more they are being regularly mentioned in the press amongst other such great names as Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Faithless, Scissor Sisters, Moby and Groove Amarda.
As with all of the main LAB4 releases, much time and effort has been put into the album packaging to ensure you feel that it is well worth adding the CD to your LAB4 collection from an artistic point of view as well as a musical one - the album contains a 16 page colour booklet packed full of great artwork and photos for you to ponder and enjoy.
